Good Morning, Day 22!

This adorable face popped out to greet me as I was sneaking by to get my coffee. This precious boy is always the first to rise and I know it’s because he loves his alone time with his parents. We do, too.

We made it to northern Wyoming. It’s gorgeous up here! We had the best sleep with all of the windows open to the chilly Wyoming air.

Traveling like this is an incredible way to see our magnificent country. Lots of little “Oooo”s and “Aaaah”s from the back seats.

It was a long day of driving, but thanks to our steady Captain, we made great time. He maneuvers this big thing like he’s been driving it for years.

Our campsite is very pretty. I was a bit taken aback by the sign that met us upon entry, but it is northern Wyoming.

We are so excited to be here because some of our very favorite people are here. They’re why we came this way. The Boyd family is a family we love dearly. They’ve truly enriched and blessed our lives by their friendship and we are grateful. Each one of them is loving, generous, genuine, humble and talented. We’re thankful for their hospitality last evening and we look forward to a fun day today in the beautiful Wyoming outdoors. We miss the other half of this crew but they’re busy making magic. I didn’t take many pictures yesterday. I was either napping (yay!) or enjoying the company of our friends.
